Remember, at this early stage, they aren’t ready to buy but they do want more information. So provide them with the information they want and there is no better way of doing this than through video.
In a video you can start to explain the benefits of your products or services, provide testimonials, demonstrate your expertise and build relationships. So when they are ready to buy, you are the one they will turn to.
Finally provide visitors a clear call to action. Make it clear what you want the potential customer to do next and how they can contact you.
Following this simple formula will reduce the people who leave your website in seconds and increase the number who contact you, which will in turn significantly increase your online return on investment.
